FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. (DC News Now) — The Fairfax County Police Department (FCPD) is investigating after a 79-year-old woman was found stabbed to death on Tuesday.
According to police, officers responded at 10 a.m. to reports of a suspicious death in the 2300 block of Dulles Station Blvd. in McNair after a caretaker arrived at the woman’s home and found her unresponsive.
