BALTIMORE, MD (WBFF) — After a mass shooting shocked Oliver residents in August 2024, Baltimore Police Maj. Jai Etwaroo was hailed for his outreach in the Eastern District, and he has often been the public face for the department’s community policing efforts.
Now, Etwaroo is the highest-ranking city police official among four officials who were suspended in connection with a San Francisco criminal investigation.
