BALTIMORE (WBFF) — Two 16-year-old girls were arrested in connection with four robberies that took place in Baltimore on Monday, according to authorities.
On November 17, the incidents occurred at the 400 block of North Charles Street, the 800 block of North Charles Street, and the Unit block of East Saratoga Street, police reported.
