Carmel passes new ordinance for electric travel devices
CARMEL, Ind. (WISH) — The Carmel City Council on Monday enacted a new ordinance regulating micromobility devices and banning e-moto devices.
The regulations include devices such as electric scooters and bicycles, prohibiting the use of more powerful electric motorcycles and dirt bikes on city streets and paths.
