Cleveland Clinic to sell 24 buildings: The Wake Up for Wednesday, Nov. 19, 2025

For decades, nonprofit organizations like hospitals have not been required to pay property taxes, meaning huge swaths of Ohio land do not contribute to communities’ tax bases.
