Gainesville brothers arrested for alleged armed robbery

Two Gainesville brothers were arrested on Tuesday, suspected in an armed robbery case from earlier this month.

The Hall County Sheriff’s Office issued a statement Wednesday morning, Nov. 19, saying that Fredik Morales Villalobos and Santiago Morales Villalobos, both age 27, were wanted for an incident that happened on Nov. 3 at a home on Skelton Road in Gainesville.

Deputies reportedly spotted Santiago Villalobos hiding in the back of an SUV parked at a gas station at the corner of McEver Road and Mundy Mill Road near Oakwood at around 3 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 18. About an hour later, they found and arrested Fredik Villalobos at an apartment on Summit Street in Gainesville.
