LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) — The agenda for Lancaster City Council’s meeting on Thursday has just one item, but it’s a big one: An agreement between the city and the developer of two data centers.
Mayor Danene Sorace said the Community Benefits Agreement, which will govern things such as what type of power the centers can use, will serve as an alternative to fighting through the zoning process.
