HOMESTEAD, Fla. — Homestead police announced the arrest of a man who allegedly snatched a cellphone from a person in a wheelchair.
It happened just before 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 12 at the Miami Dade College campus at 500 College Terrace.
