A crash involving an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) that occurred at approximately 9:30 AM CST on Friday, Nov. 14, has claimed the life of a Scottsboro man.
Brian K. Allen, 55, was fatally injured when the 2019 John Deere Gator ATV that he was driving, was struck by a 2018 Ford Flex. After the initial impact, the John Deere left the roadway and overturned into a ditch.
Allen was not using a seat belt at the time of crash, was ejected and pronounced deceased at the scene…
