WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (WFLX) – The WFLX FOX 29 Student Athlete of the Week is Charles “Bud” Howard.
Howard competes for both Jupiter High School and the Jupiter Dragons swim teams. The All American student recently qualified for the U.S. Junior National Team for swimming, marking a significant milestone in his athletic career.
