PENFIELD, N.Y. — Customers were caught by surprise when they showed up at The UPS Store on Empire Boulevard in Penfield only to find it closed with packages locked inside.
Ron Nagley, a customer who called News10NBC about the closure, found the locks already changed when he arrived Tuesday to pick up two packages, including a medical back brace.
“The other day I was able to go in,” Nagley said. “They give you the receipts so you can come and pick them up. So I know they’re in the back.”
