Brian Eduardo Siordia, 27, of San Jose, has been caught in a tangled web of illegal activities after he pleaded guilty to charges of smuggling drugs into jail and unauthorized visits at the San Mateo County jail. Despite being a parolee with a clear prohibition against visiting county jail inmates, Siordia made nine such visits this year, one of which included a stint of drug smuggling. This information came directly from a social media post by the San Mateo County District Attorney.

The saga continued for Siordia, who, before his apprehension, had managed to repeatedly enter Maple Street Correctional Facility as an ex-convict, a violation clearly delineating the chasm between law and his actions. On September 30, during his last known illegal visit, he was caught with contraband drugs.
