KRIS 6 News has obtained the arrest report for 17-year-old Salvador Hernandez, the man accused of shooting a 16-year-old boy in Robstown early Sunday morning.
According to the report, officers found the shooting victim bleeding on a back porch of a home on the 700 block of West Avenue C just after 2:30 a.m.
