GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – A 34-year-old Green Bay man who had been accused of threatening to shoot up a golf course in Brown County was convicted on a plea deal on November 17.
Court records show that Phamorn Keomanyvong appeared in court for what was initially listed as his arraignment; however, the updated record classified it as a plea/sentencing hearing.
Keomanyvong pleaded no contest in the case, as the judge dismissed four of the eight charges against him. The following charges were filed against him, with rulings listed:
- Terrorist threats – Public panic or fear, use of a dangerous weapon
- Guilty due to a no-contest plea
- Intentionally pointing a firearm at a person
- Charge dismissed, but read in
- Disorderly conduct, use of a dangerous weapon
- Guilty due to a no-contest plea
- Operating a firearm while intoxicated
- Charge dismissed, but read in
- Carrying a concealed weapon
- Charge dismissed, but read in
- Possession of THC
- Guilty due to a no-contest plea
- Possession of drug paraphernalia

- Possessing a firearm with the adjudicated delinquency of a felony
