LITTLE ROCK, AR (KATV) — Reaghann Powell, a junior from Harmony Grove, is set to make her debut in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade as part of the iconic Macy’s Great American Marching Band.
Powell shared her excitement and journey to the Big Apple, revealing that participating in the parade has been a family tradition and a dream since childhood.
