A major head-on collision in Spring has closed westbound lanes on Spring Stuebner Road, just off I-45.
Constable deputies reported that a wrong-way driver was involved in the crash on the 1700 block of Spring Stuebner Road, close to Spring Plaza Drive.
One person is currently trapped inside a vehicle, with EMS and fire crews on the scene working to assist the victims…
