SPARTA, Mo – Wednesday afternoon the Sparta Police Department put out a message to the public seeking help in finding whoever dumped the newborn pups in a dumpster.
According to the Sparta Police Department’s Facebook page, officers responded to Roller Park along Division street for an animal call.
