Uber driver accused of raping passenger on way to Huntsman Mental Health Institute

SALT LAKE CITY (KUTV) — An Uber driver was accused of raping a passenger on their way to the Huntsman Mental Health Institute.

Julio Arroyo Mendoza, 34, was arrested on suspicion of rape, a first-degree felony.
