Linn County woman accused of stealing from elderly mother

LEBANON, Ore. – A woman from Linn County is facing serious charges for allegedly stealing tens of thousands of dollars from her elderly mother over nearly three years.

Linnea Marie Baker, 57, has been charged with first-degree criminal mistreatment, first-degree theft, and four counts of aggravated first-degree theft in Linn County Circuit Court. Authorities have issued a warrant for Baker’s arrest.
