Teen girl held at gunpoint in bus stop robbery

MAILI (HawaiiNewsNow) – The Honolulu Police Department has opened a first-degree robbery investigation following an incident on Tuesday involving a 15-year-old girl.

Police said at about 7:05 a.m., the teen was waiting at a bus stop in the area of Farrington Highway and St. Johns Rd. when a white Kia sedan pulled up with four men wearing black clothing and black ski masks.

One of the men exited the vehicle and brandished a handgun before taking money from the victim’s backpack, HPD said…
