CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – Cleveland police released new information Thursday about a 26-year-old woman’s murder.
Investigators say Heaven Alisha Sharell Williams of Cleveland was found unresponsive around 10 p.m. Monday.
This was after officers were called to the area of Broadway Avenue and Jones Road for unknown trouble.
