A Hopewell man has been arrested on allegations of being a “peeping Tom.”
Stephon Leroy Bachelor was charged with two counts of peeping into an occupied residence, police said in a Nov. 17 release. He was taken to Riverside Regional Jail in Prince George County and granted a secoured bond.
