(WACH) — Master Trooper Wayne LaBounty, who was severely injured after being struck during a traffic stop, has filed a lawsuit against the Lexington County Sheriff’s Department, a private contractor, and two drivers.
The lawsuit alleges reckless and negligent conduct that left him with life-altering injuries.
