WILMINGTON, DE — Wilmington Police say a rapid response to a reported burglary in progress led to the arrest of a 43-year-old man on Sunday evening.
According to officials, officers from the Uniformed Services Division were dispatched at approximately 8:07 p.m. on November 16 to the 2100 block of North Madison Street after receiving a report of an active burglary in progress. Responding officers obtained a description of the suspect from individuals at the scene and immediately relayed that information to nearby units.
