Dangerous behavior behind the wheel has become a citywide crisis. Drivers speed through intersections, ignore street signs, and run red lights as if traffic laws no longer apply to them. These actions result in real consequences such as serious car crashes, minor injuries, and even some casualties that could’ve been prevented.
Dangers on El Paso’s roads come from common sense choices, drivers who text and drive, speed, and ignore basic traffic laws that put innocent people at risk.
Streets like Zaragoza Road, I-10 and Mesa Street have become notorious for speeding, tailgating, and running red lights. It’s common to see individuals using their phones while driving or running red lights at busy intersections. These acts don’t just endanger other people in cars; they endanger cyclists, bikers, and pedestrians…
