Madison nonprofit ‘Focused Interruption’ works to support families, victims after three acts of gun violence

MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – A Madison organization dedicated to ending gun violence is supporting families and victims after a deadly shooting on the city’s north side Monday night, as police arrested a person of interest five hours after the shooting.

“When someone is struck by gun violence, our community is affected,” Anthony Cooper Sr., CEO and founder of Focused Interruption said.
