JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – From a challenging history and start up to a lasting and impactful program, the history of Head Start was celebrated in Jackson on Wednesday.
Head Start has been impacting families here in Mississippi since 1965 as a program that serves, educates, and prepares young children from low-income families.
