A 56-year-old woman was injured after being hit by an SUV that drove off a roadway in Leawood onto a multi-use trail late Wednesday afternoon.
Leawood police, firefighters and Johnson County Med-Act paramedics were called to the area of 133rd Street and Canterbury Street at 4:06 p.m.
