SAN ANTONIO — A traffic stop in the San Antonio area resulted in a major drug bust, state authorities say.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS), anti-gang troopers with the agency contacted the driver during the Bexar County stop, at which point he allegedly “admitted to having ‘some kind of drugs.'”
A K-9 officer arrived to investigate further and eventually uncovered 413 ounces of methamphetamine, DPS says. The driver, who wasn’t identified, was arrested and allegedly has “multiple prior deportations.”…
