ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — New charges prompted police to arrest the man accused of hitting and killing a University of New Mexico Hospital nurse.
Police arrested Brian Boyce again Tuesday afternoon. He’s now facing a felony vehicular manslaughter charge for the death of 28-year-old Alec Montoya.
