Up Roll Café, known for creating Hawaii’s first sushi burrito a decade ago in Kakaako, is continuing to grow its island flavor journey at Pearl Highlands Center, where the team is celebrating seven years of serving fresh, customizable, made-from-scratch dishes.
Manager Yasue Rodriguez says the café’s concept has always centered on blending Japanese techniques with local Hawaiian flavors in a way that’s fun, fast and fresh.
