Willie Rasean Raby, a 32-year-old Birmingham resident, died from gunshot wounds sustained during a reported assault on the 2300 block of 33rd Avenue North in Birmingham according to the Jefferson County Coroner.
The incident occurred on Nov. 19 at 6:46 p.m.
Raby was pronounced dead at UAB Hospital at 10:25 p.m. the same day…
