Dead grass at a deceased Villager’s home could result in fines.
The home of Christine Dolby at 701 Pine Hills Place in the Village of Winifred was the subject of a public hearing this week before the Community Development District 5 Board of Supervisors at SeaBreeze Recreation Center.
The home was purchased in 2008 by Dolby, who is now deceased, according to testimony presented at the hearing by Community Standards.
