On October 31, 2025, a man was stopped for suspected retail theft at the Walmart at 9745 Roosevelt Blvd in Philadelphia. While in the Asset Protection office, he showed a handgun and threatened a Pennsylvania State Constable and an Asset Protection Officer, asking to be released.
