RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — As part of an ongoing investigation, the Richmond Police Department helped the Hanover County Sheriff’s Office execute search warrants at four vape shops in Richmond.
The operation occurred in four locations in Richmond: one in the 800 block of West Clay Street, two businesses in the 1300 block of West Main Street and a fourth in the 1200 block of West Broad Street.
