VSP provides escort for VADOC officer killed in the line of duty

ROANOKE, Va. (WDBJ) – Virginia State Police (VSP) provided an escort Thursday, November 20, for the remains of Department of Corrections (VADOC) Officer Jeremy Lewis Hall, who was killed in the line of duty.

The escort began at the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, Western District in Roanoke, where an autopsy was conducted, to return Officer Lewis to Independence, Va.

Law enforcement gathered along Northside High School Road and left in line to head to Grayson County…
