CLAY, N.Y. — A man who attended the public hearing on Thursday regarding the potential eviction of Azalia King, 91, accidentally had pepper spray discharged on him.
The man, who told Onondaga County Industrial Development Agency representatives that he may be called “Tail,” but supporters of King could call him Timothy, spoke for several minutes.
