AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — A second person accused of robbing a local convenience store in Amarillo entered a plea agreement.
Brian Lynch agreed to plead guilty to “Affecting Commerce by Robbery” and “Brandishing a Firearm in Furtherance of a Crime of Violence.”
Man sentenced to 20 years in prison for 2021 murder in Randall County
Documents showed that Lynch and Rebekah Standley entered a store on Grand Street. Documents said Lynch pointed a weapon at employees and demanded money. While he took the money, Standley stole cigarettes, and both fled.
