A 35-year-old Collinsville woman has been identified as the person killed in a four-vehicle crash in a construction zone on Interstate 64 in O’Fallon.
Courtney Brannon was pronounced deceased at the scene Tuesday morning, St. Clair County Coroner Calvin Dye St. said Thursday.
