DALLAS — The state has approved prosecutors’ motion to dismiss the case against a man accused of stealing monkeys from the Dallas Zoo two years ago, finding him mentally ill and incompetent to stand trial.
According to the motion, the man, Davion Irvin, was ordered to complete inpatient competency restoration at a state hospital.
