SPOKANE, Wash. — A Spokane man accused of hitting a car and injuring a child in downtown Spokane appeared in Spokane County Court on Thursday.
According to court records, 45-year-old Rodolfo Flores allegedly ran a red light and T-boned a car while under the influence on Wednesday night. The car that was hit by Flores’ car then left the roadway and struck a child pedestrian at the intersection of South Walnut Street and 2nd Avenue.
The child is being treated at Sacred Heart for several fractured ribs and spleen cuts, according to court documents…
