CONCORD, N.C. — A former Cabarrus County Schools employee was charged with criminal solicitation of a minor in Charleston County, South Carolina.
Matthew Wicker, 32, of Concord was a transportation safety assistant with Cabarrus County up until Oct. 31, when the school district suspended him after finding out he was under investigation.
