She purchased the ticket at D 28 Inc. on 5 28th Street Southwest in Wyoming during a late-night food run. The winner, who chose to remain anonymous, found out about her prize after scratching the ticket at home. She said the experience was unexpected and that she had difficulty sleeping afterward.
