BURLINGTON, N.C. (WGHP) — A woman was charged with second-degree murder and DWI in connection to a fatal crash, according to a Burlington Police Department news release.
On Sept. 27, around 5:19 a.m., the Burlington Police Department responded to a crash on East Webb Ave on NC Highway 87 near the intersection of Flanner Street.
