One lane of Normandy eastbound was shut down just west of I-295 on Friday morning because of a deadly crash, the Florida Highway Patrol said.
Troopers believe the driver of a 4×4 truck suffered a medical emergency and then veered into another lane, crashing with a Suburban and a Ford Fusion.
