MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WSFA) – A man is under arrest in connection to a September homicide, according to the Montgomery Police Department.
Kurtavious Davis, 53, was arrested Wednesday and charged with capital murder.
Police and Montgomery Fire/Rescue responded just before 4 a.m. Sept. 20 to reports of a fire in the 3200 block of Virginia Loop Road.
