NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – A man is facing multiple charges after he allegedly struck a pedestrian with his vehicle intentionally on a busy road in Madison this week.
According to an arrest affidavit from the Metro Nashville Police Department, officers were called to 1210 Gallatin Pike in Madison for an injured pedestrian on Wednesday evening.
When they arrived, a witness told the officers that two people were walking across the roadway, and a vehicle swerved to miss one of them, but then accelerated and hit the other person, according to the affidavit…
