SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — All lanes on Interstate 15, north at Adams Avenue, were temporarily closed Thursday night due to a semi tractor-trailer crash.
The incident was first reported at 10:20 p.m. According to a Sig Alert from California Highway Patrol, a vehicle hit a freeway wall and prompted a HAZMAT response.
