STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — A defendant who was carried into an NYPD stationhouse after a recent arrest on Staten Island is requesting his bail be lowered.
Daquan Sidbury, 34, of Van Pelt Avenue in Mariners Harbor, is charged with criminal possession of a loaded firearm, possession of cocaine and intent to damage property in connection with an Aug. 21 incident on the borough’s North Shore. His bail was set at $300,000 bond or $150,000 cash.
