CHICAGO — A man is in custody and a woman is recovering in the hospital after she was shot by a passenger while driving on the city’s Southwest Side overnight.
According to police, the incident occurred as the victim, an 18-year-old woman, was driving in the 3500 Block of South Richmond Street, in Brighton Park.
